◆ 冷油機係列（liè）適用於冷卻（què）數控機床，座標鏜床，磨床，油壓機械，木（mù）工雕刻機，切削機械，加（jiā）工中心，組合機床（chuáng）及各種（zhǒng）精密機床的主（zhǔ）軸潤滑油和液壓傳（chuán）動油液的（de）冷卻，能精確的控製油溫，有效減少機床的熱變形，提（tí）供機床的加工溫度，保證機床長時間連續工作（zuò）。冷油機（jī）的（de）工作原理是利用冷媒的蒸發吸熱進行（háng）冷卻，油泵從機床油箱抽取油液至製冷係統中（zhōng）進行熱交換處理，冷卻後的油液再經冷油機出油管路回到機床油箱（xiāng）中，通過油液的連續循環工作使整（zhěng）個油液的油溫持續（xù）下降控溫。冷油機采用304不鏽鋼一體（tǐ）管路，精密中高（gāo）溫油
泵，保證無漏油現象。

◆ 溫馨提示：選擇水冷式工業冷油機需有冷卻水塔或其它冷水源與散熱循（xún）環水泵方可使用，如不具備該條件請選擇我司另一款冷油機：風冷式工業冷油機（jī）。

The oil pumpdraws the oil from the oil tank of the machine tool to the refrigerationsystem for heat exchange processing. The cooled oil returns to the oil tankof the machine tool through the oil outlet pipe of the oil cooler. , Throughthe continuous circulation of the oil, the oil temperature of the entire oil iscontinuously lowered and controlled. The oil cooler adopts 304 stainlesssteel integrated pipeline and precision medium and high temperature oilpump to ensure no oil leakage.
